The Plough Inn was extensively restored and refurbished in 2007. We now have a warm and welcoming bar where you can also enjoy a meal with your drinks. Our converted Attic Rooms provide a bespoke dining area catering for up to fifty covers and there is an exquisite private dining room for parties of up to eight people.
We have created an attractive large secluded garden with patio to the rear of The Plough Inn. There is ample car parking opposite and on-street parking.
The village of Rusper was originally the site of a medieval priory dating back to 1299. It is, to this day, dominated by the 14th Century Church of St. Mary Magdalene and is surrounded by a mix of 16th and 17th Century buildings together with houses and cottages built in the late 19th Century.
